Hello and welcome to everything that happened and will happen

My dear wife Pam has been doing compass journaling every year and it seems pretty fun, so this year I thought I’d give it a try because too much stuff happened and I might even want to remember it. Also I’m basically 30 and have little to no organized record of my life up until now except in selfies, chat histories and google calendar invites that I have never accepted so did I even go I can’t remember. It would also be cool to see if I can guess right now what 2027 me will be happy to look back on. Anyways, I’ll be following the structure of this guide (do it).

What did I do every week last year

Jan 1-7

Went hunting for coconut crab and cave snorkeling in a tiny reef atoll island Nieue

Jan 8-14

Visited Jervyn’s family in Singapore and ate the best durian of my life forever

Jan 14-21

Biked through rice paddies with Kevin in Taiwan and declared 10kg of it through customs back to California

Jan 22-29

Lazy bear and foraging for uni and mussels and had a seafood cookout by halfmoon bay

Jan 30 - Feb 6

Back to new york, helped lug an entire washing machine up four flights up stairs to pam’s new apartment

Feb 7-14

Jervyn took me to Hanoi House and comedy cellar for valentines

Feb 15-22

Triple date dinner with Pascal and Henry at dolar shop hotpot, then got really sick. Also took medical leave for anxiety
